Assignment 3. Calendar.
(Lab students: Required.)
(Non-lab students: Optional.)
We will make a useful digital sign for our studio, which could show on a rotating basis content contributed by any graphic design student at any time, as well as upcoming Yale calendar events and other calendar events. The sign will simply be a full-screen web browser with no keyboard or mouse, and an LCD screen with 1280x1024 resolution. Each of you will design one display template which can each accommodate an unlimited series of user-contributed or calendar content. Together these diverse templates will form the sign’s rotating display program.
