We were excited and proud to see Menil start its online publishing section. As media-rich complements to their physical exhibitions, two online features have been produced, on the amazing Yupik masks and on the visual culture of the Dogon people.

The Menil Collection website displays a colorful and even theatrical approach to the web design and user experience, even as the design remains sober and minimalist.

An initiative of the Menil Collection, the website for Gandhi’s Legacy: Houston Perspectives allowed more than 20 cultural organizations across Houston, Texas to contribute to this story of activism and social change.
